Still in need of some motivation, any ideas besides signing up for races?


  1. It's kind of something you just have to make yourself do. No one else can do it for you so just try setting a goal and makings sure you stick to it.

  2. Find something you love to do, get a workout partner (I’d love to workout with you), read a book or magazine with other’s motivational stories, join a running or hiking group (I could refer you to one of these), think of something you really want and reward yourself with it as soon as you reach a goal, fit your workout into your schedule (actually schedule time on your calendar to do it), join a gym, go to classes,

    Just some ideas.
